a receipt that includes diagnostic codes and all the
information insurance companies require.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept personal checks and cash.

Q: I'm nervous about getting the results. Why should
I come in?
A: Other patients have also expressed worry about what
the results may show. For many patients, the scan gives
peace of mind that they say is 'priceless.' Our mission
at LifeScore is early disease detection and prevention
to improve the quality of life. We have actually saved
lives through the early detection of a problem that
had gone undiagnosed. Please
