About the LifeScore Clinic
The LifeScore Clinic was founded in 1999 by Dr.
C. Michael Wright. Since then, the clinic has seen over 15,000 patients.
Dr. Wright sees patients to review the results of their diagnostic
studies, and also has a busy cardiology practice. He specializes in
providing comprehensive programs for disease prevention. Dr. Tabita
Wright joined the center in 2000 as it expanded its scanning beyond
the heart to include head, neck, thoracic, abdominal and pelvic scans.
Together, the Wrights pursue their vision of early disease detection
and have helped people from the world over.
Dr. Michael Wright is a board certified
cardiologist and a Fellow in the American College of Cardiology. He
attended the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, and
did his residency in Internal Medicine at Washington University in
St. Louis, MO. He then completed a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease
at the University of California, San Diego. Before founding the LifeScore

in solo practice and then with the Southern California Cardiology
Medical Group.
Dr. Wright is also an assistant professor in the
Department of Medicine at UC San Diego, where he teaches physicians
in training and medical students. He also works closely with the Department
of Family and Preventive Medicine on a number of research projects
