Risk Calculator

LifeScore is pleased to provide an easy-to-use Risk Calculator in a simple Microsoft Excel© spreadsheet to help you analyze your risk for potential heart disease. Downloading a copy for use on your personal computer is quick and simple (although you must have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer):

1. Right Click this link: LifeScore Risk Calculator

2. Select "Save Target As"

3. Save a copy of the Excel file "ATP_Risk_Estimator.xls" somewhere on your computer.

4. Launch Microsoft Excel and open this file.

5. Enter your answers in Column C as indicated in the illustration below:
